You can better do PGDHRM based on your experience. Doing PGDHRM will add value to resume and you can see career prospect. To get enrolled for a course without any qualification, you can ask your employer to provide you with a work experience letter to pursue your higher studies based on your experience.

There are so many options but as per UGC Guidelines there are few universities only those are valid to run the Top Distance MBA. Amity University, Annamalai University, NMIMS, JIMS, IGNOU.

Since you are undergoing MBA in HR & Mkt it would be advisable for you to pursue courses in the said domains itself. Some of the IT courses that you could explore are:
1. SAP in HR of any other well-known HRMS automation software
2. MS Office skills in Excel & power point to sharpen your presentation making skills
3. Digital marketing / social media marketing.

There is nothing any special prerequisites as such for HR Analytics. And you are from HR background itself you will surely get the competitive advantage over it. The basic skills like (Data Analytics, Employees Attraction Analysis, Pay optimisation techniques, etc. are some of the fundamental knowledge that a typical HR requires and perform as a daily task. Additionally, you should have good command over statistics and excel also (since you want to be HR Analyst, probably you know why I am saying this!).
