Hi.
It will depend upon the IIM which you are seeking. For example, if you want to go to IIM Bangalore, which is well known for Human Resource studies, then they consider the 12th and 10th results, which should be above 90% to be in the eligibility criteria.
If you are aiming for IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta, then there is no such issue. Because they only ask for the CAT percentile which should again be around 98.5+ to get a call for interview.
So yes, you are eligible for IIMs except Bangalore.

You can work with other freelance HR consultancy firms, to gain experience and there is no dearth for people who have set up HR consultancy on freelancing mode. Also, you can take up online HR teaching and / or training.

The total fees of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune for MBA in human resource is 1.75 lacs/ year and it is a 2 year's regular Master's degree course.
The candidate must be a graduate with minimum 50% in any subject from a recognized university, 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates in their final year are also eligible to apply provided they can submit their graduation certificate by August 2018.

For pursuing MBA HR, you need to first complete your graduation. Since you are pursuing CS, you can also join law and complete your LL.B. course and then pursue MBA (HR). A law degree is of immense value in CS and HR.
