Dear Sharmila Pal,
Generally, any MBA will not get HR general admin job immediately. First, one is expected to work at time office, payroll, training, etc. later you will get HR general administration jobs.
All the best.

Hi,
Any graduate can go for MBA.
No, you don't need to be essentially of Maths background to pursue MBA. Even a Bio or arts graduate can do MBA.
MBA is more of practical course than theoretical,. Yes, there are few subjects which require numerical skills such as Quantitative and Statistics.
Finance stream requires more of numeric skills as compared to HR and marketing.
I hope it helps.
Best of luck.

If your specialisation is HR and you are doing doctorate in any of HR topic, you can work in the field of HR on the completion of doctorate. If your management functional specialisation is different than HR, you may face challenges in getting opportunities in the field of HR.

Hi,
Go with M.Sc. in HR or environment management. Management line has more scope as compared to M.Sc. in science stream.

If you want to pursue your career in HR then after completing you B.Sc, you can go for MBA in HR. Then, you can start your career in HR. But, for interviews you should be prepared for a common question being asked that why you changed your stream from Science to commerce or B.Sc in HS to MBA in HR and so on. So, if you want to become a HR, then go for MBA.

HR professionals are required in all major enterprises and there is generally requirement of good HR professionals across the globe. If you are targeting HR job abroad, you are advised to study in targeted country only because labour laws are country specific.
