Based on your educational qualifications it is assessed that, you will have to work on verbal and numerical abilities to clear MBA entrance examinations. If you want to pursue PGDM in HR, try to get admission in IIM, Calcutta; MDI, Gurgaon, Symbiosis, or St Xavier's. These are the best colleges to pursue HR course.

For that you would have to take admission in PGDM core and then in 2nd year take HR as your specialisation. Exact fee structure is given on the website. Last year it was around 12 lakhs (2 years).

When you already hold an MBA degree it doesn't make any sense to pursue it again and you shall not be eligible too for it. You can either do courses in HR Analytics from EdX, Coursera, Simplilearn.
