It's a good combination, as you need to deal with many people if you look at the marketing jobs. HR will help you in enhancing your skills to communicate with people in the more formal way (business way). It's a good option.

You can take GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. If you are aiming for good universities, these scores will be required along with working experience. The fee may cost around Rs.20 to Rs.30 lakhs a year. Most of the programs are less than 2 years.

The choice will depend on the institute, where you get admission for MBA HR. If you get admission in top 30 ranked B-schools for MBA, then you are advised to go for MBA, else you can go for WASE program of Wipro.
