Hi Jayl. Placement record of HR specialisation is very good this year. I have seen the list few days back according to that not a single candidate is left for placement there were around 30 students of HR specialisation and package is also moderate minimum is 3.5 lacs & highest is 5 lacs for HR.

If you have a first class all through out then you may opt for it but the placements are not 100%.

MBA in HR will help you learn about subjects like HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Imdividual & Grp dynamics, Labour Laws & Policies etc and make you an HR specialist. You will get placed in HR dept of an organization & will have to frame & implement HR policies in that company :)

Dear Arshiya, The university is good for it's placement, academics and extra-curricular proficiency and yes as your question is about MBA HR so I can surely say that you will be here offered with really good packages and job profiles at renowned companies. Regarding placements its tough to be answered specifically because it totally depends on the company and the type of job profile being offered.
