In Chennai, there are plenty great colleges offering you B.Com (General, Corporate Secretaryship, Accounting and Finance, etc. ). The colleges providing the course you asked for (in India) are : R. I want to say there is no relevance between fashion designing and HRM. They both are different senerio. If you are MBA student then itis good for you and still if you want then try to do Ph.D. in HRM as you already Postgraduate if it's applicable than apply as HRM professional are having importance in creative fields as well.
