Yes, you can give your NET in Geography if you have done Masters in Rural Development and Bachelors in Geography.
According to the NTA UGC bulletin, candidates with a Master's or equivalent degree, having 55% marks, are allowed to choose any subject of their choice for the UGC NET Examination. They can opt for the subject they studied during their post-graduation or choose another subject they prefer. Selecting their studied subject may make it easier to qualify for UGC NET and obtain JRF Certification, but choosing a different subject is also permissible.

You can definitely pursue a BTech and BA course at the same time; you just have to choose to take one of the courses online. The UGC has now made it possible for candidates to pursue two degree programs concurrently, with the only requirement being that one of the programs be completed through distance learning and the other through regular classroom instruction.

Many aspirant students are unable to enroll in normal courses at the Colleges or Departments of the University of Pune because they do not have the financial means, do not have the time, or do not live close enough to the Colleges to attend full-time. Pondicherry Central University accepts CUET PG scores for admission to a list of postgraduate courses. Pondicherry University has released the CUET PG merit list for several postgraduate courses. As per Pondicherry University first merit list 2023, the cutoff score for an MA in Human Rights and Inclusive Policy course was 116 for the General All India category students. In 2022, the cutoff score stood at 167 for the MA in Human Rights and Inclusive Policy programme. So, considering the cutoff trend of Pondicherry University MA in Human Rights, yes 120 is a good rank for the General category student.

BA course is for 3 years. it's not possible to complete it in 1 year, as after completing it you will have your graduation degree
