Yes, you can give your NET in Geography if you have done Masters in Rural Development and Bachelors in Geography. 

According to the NTA UGC bulletin, candidates with a Master's or equivalent degree, having 55% marks, are allowed to choose any subject of their choice for the UGC NET Examination. They can opt for the subject they studied during their post-graduation or choose another subject they prefer. Selecting their studied subject may make it easier to qualify for UGC NET and obtain JRF Certification, but choosing a different subject is also permissible.

Pondicherry Central University accepts CUET PG scores for admission to a list of postgraduate courses. Pondicherry University has released the CUET PG merit list for several postgraduate courses.
