The chances of getting a free seat (tuition fee waiver or scholarship) in Andhra University for M.A. English with a rank of 232 can depend on several factors, including the total number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the university's specific policies regarding scholarships or fee waivers.

Typically, universities may offer scholarships or fee waivers to meritorious students based on their ranks or academic performance. However, the availability of such benefits can vary each year and may be subject to specific criteria set by the university.
