The candidates who have done a Master’s from a recognised university are eligible to apply for admission. PhD admissions will be conducted directly by the university. Candidates can apply online through the official website of the university. Admission is based on an entrance test conducted by the university followed by Personal Interviews.

Students with a PG degree with a minimum 50% aggregate in the relevant stream are eligible to apply to the programme at GTU. Candidates willing to get admission must take part in the Gujarat Technological University admission process before the last date of application. Candidates must know their Gujarat Technological University eligibility criteria and apply accordingly.

For PhD programme in Law, selection to this institute takes place based on a Written Test conducted by NMIMS followed by an interview. Candidates who’ve qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ MPhil are allowed to not appear for the NMIMS Written Test.
