Yes, the Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya BA admission is entrance-based. The university accepts CUET admission for the BA course. DHSGSU UGET was an entrance test conducted by Doctor Harisingh Gour University and was a gateway for admission to various UG programmes offered by the University. DHSGSU UFET exam has been replaced with CUET which will be conducted by NTA for admission to UG programmes of various centralised universities. However, candidates can also take DHSGSU exams for some BA courses.

The university has a seat count of over 100 for the BA programmes. It allot seats based on merit/JNEE scores and there are seats under management quota as well. Moreover, JVWU is a fully residential women's university. Hence, there are 10% of seats reserved for day boarders and 90% for residential students. It must be noted that the mentioned seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Yes, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University offers admission under management quota. The seats are available for admission to all professional and technical courses. Admission under this category is granted following the declaration of main merit list. Further, the university has over 100 seats for BA courses. The seat count varies for each of the BA programme.

CUET UG is a considerable entrance examination for admission into BA courses at Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya. However, candidates can also get admission by taking Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya (DHSGU) exam. For the DHSGSU examination, candidates are required to follow the dates according to that entrance examination.

JVWU BA admission criteria is merit and entrance-based depending upon the chosen programme or specialisation. The university also offers direct admission. There are also seats under the management quota. To be eligible for the course, it is necessary that the apsirant fulfils the course-specific eligibility requirements. The eligible students can visit the university official website to register and apply. After conclusion of application procedure, a merit list is released and then the seat allotment process is carried out through counselling.

Yes, Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya offers a BA course. Additionally, the university offers more than seven specialisations in BA courses and DHSGSU offers BA courses among affiliated colleges too. The basic eligibility criteria required by the university to grant admission to BA courses is candidates must qualify their Class 12 with any stream and 45% aggregate. The admission is based on the entrance exams, the university accepts CUET scores for admission. According to the scores, the university releases a merit list and the final admission process is based on counselling by the university.
