Generally, CAT/MAT/NMAT scores are considered. So, you can give IBSAT exam for IBS. They will mostly be in the month of December. You will get the application form for the exam online.

Hi, Minimum Eligibility to Apply: Graduation50%
Additional Details: Candidate must have completed graduation having minimum percentage with the medium of instruction as English. Candidates must have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Those not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation are required to submit TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2018. A final year appearing student may also apply on provisional basis.
Entrance exam: IBSAT/GMAT/NMAT by GMAC/CAT
Admission Process
Register and Apply: Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with the required information.
