IBS and Amity both are very good in terms of job offers and international opportunities alongwith internship. St.Francis is not recommended. So, you can go with any of the above options.

Yes, you can go for Ph.D after completing MBA. You must have good project work in your kitty to get admission for Ph.D from any top institute. You can publish your work on national and international journals to improve your profile.

IFMR is one of the best premier B-schools in India. It has been holding a 100% placement since inception. The average salary as on Dec 31, 2016 for the 2017 batch is Rs.9 LPA.
The CMAT cut off is 91 percentile.

Let me comment on IMT Hyderabad. IMT Hyderabad is the youngest member of IMT group, strategically placed in a city which is booming both in terms of IT, marketing and finance. IBS H is better, but be aware of the large no. of intake - read around 1000 - as it causes problem in good placements.

I would suggest you to avoid IBS - Hyderabad as it has a very high student intake, which inflates the placements quoted on the website. The placements are not very good. You can expect around Rs.6 LPA. The student intake is 1100 and fees is around Rs.16.5 lakhs with hostel.
