If you talk about placements, definitely IBS Gurgaon is better. Bangalore is slightly below though Bangalore offers you a vast campus. IBS Gurgaon offers you a green decent campus. It lies in the hub of companies. For more details refer to the website- www.ibsindia.org

In order to get admission in ICFAI, you have to appear for the IBSAT paper. The same contains various sections which are as follows:
*Verbal ability
*Reading comprehension
*Quantitative aptitude
*Data sufficiency and data interpretation
*General Awareness
Based on the IBSAT score, there will be a merit according to which an individual will be selected for the next rounds which are Group Discussion(GD) and Personal Interview(PI).
In addition to that, During the selection process, you have to choose a particular campus, which I personally feel that you should go for IBS Hyderabad.
All the best!

Congratulations on your success. You have cleared your first phase. Your second phase will be to strive for the best placements that visit in the campus. For that you need to focus more on the practical knowledge rather than theoritical. In addition to that, your skills and your work experience(If you have any) matters a lot at the time of placements. Your CGPA won't help you for that matter. Although, you need to maintain the same at a certain level as it is required for the selection criteria by the companies at the time of placements. That's all I can say about your query regarding IBS Gurgaon. I hope I answered your question. Secon
