I personally believe that in order to judge any college, you can do so by knowing 2 things- ROI and Placements. The fees of this college is only Rs. 7 lakhs and the there is an average package of Rs. 5-6 lakhs.
There are also international packages which do offers more than Rs 15 lakhs including CTC. There are many reputed companies which do come to IBS Gurgaon. Big 4's, do come to Ibs gurgaon every year. Companies like Oyo rooms,Expedia,CB Richards,Exponential,Copal Amba,Proctivity,Thomas International along with many others do come to Ibs gurgaon.
In addition to that,IBS Gurgaon also provides a degree of PGPM which includes both the components of MBA and PGDM and accordingly it focuses more on imparting the practical knowledge among students.
Although all colleges are good but it depends upon the person to person how skilled he or she is.So I would request you to decide any particular college on the basis of ROI and placements.

On the other hand if we talk about placements, there are many reputed companies which do come to IBS Gurgaon. Big 4's, do come to Ibs gurgaon every year. IBS Hyderabad, Jaipur and Dehradun provides the degree of MBA but IBS Gurgaon provides a PGPM degree since it is an autonomous programme. Institutions like IIM, MDI etc. are not AICTE/UGC approved but they do provide a PGPM degree just like IBS Gurgaon. Even if these colleges are not approved by the same, they still hold a very good reputation for someone pursuing a professional course from these colleges. Reputed companies do visit IBS Gurgaon and there won't be any issue regarding the approval of a college. Although there is an exception that if you want to go for a govt. job, a degree of MBA is a must. In that case, IBS Gurgaon also provides a degree of MBA which is being conduct by IBS Dehradun on the payment of a certain fee i.e. Rs 25000 pa. Apart from this, IBS-Hyderabad, Jaipur and Dehradun provides an MBA degree and hence the payment of Rs. 25,000 is not required in the same.

PGPM was basically introduced to develop the skills and abilities among students so that they can apply management theories and concepts to the day to day problems of business and industry. Not only IBS, but several other colleges like IIM, MDI etc. do provide PGPM degree.
Secondly, for any college, you should look for the better ROI(Return on Investments). The fees for IBS Mumbai is Rs. 7,25,000 and as far as I am concerned, the average package of IBS Mumbai is around 6-7 lakhs including CTC.
In addition to that, the scope for jobs is far better in Mumbai since it is the financial capital of India.

MBA is a degree offered by colleges recognised by University Grant Commission(UGC) and PGDM is a diploma offered by the institutes recognised by All India Council by Technical Education(AICTE).
UGC is made for maintenance of standards of university education whereas AICTE is for technical and management education in India.
