Yes, you might but certain colleges ask that you are enrolled or not in any college. Taking both the courses simultaneously will be burden for you in my opinion. Also, there exists some problem like clashing of dates. But, if you can manage it, then you can go for it.

I do not know much about ICFAI, but Gitam University is a well know university. The management department is a very accomplished once. The placements given are also lucrative. Please go to the official website for more information.

You must check whether the distance learning course is recognized and approved by UGC/DEB or not? For working personnel, distance learning courses are always good. The degree will help you to get promotions and a bright career in future. All the best.

The ICFAI University, Dehradun in my opinion is better than Amity University- Gwalior, as The ICFAI University has excellent faculty and course curriculum and the faculty is very cooperative to students. It provides internship to each and every students at the end of each year and placements too. It organizes various competitions like moot courts, parliamentary debates, national seminars and many other competitions which helps the students to improve their confidence and skills.
