Many MBA programs require both GMAT and work experience. If you don't have work experience and neither GMAT I doubt your admission prospects. You should first check the admission criteria for some MBA programs. There are MBA without work experience, very good academics, good GMAT score and also IELTS or TOEFL will be required.

Based on the university requirements, you will have to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. You will need to provide the strong sop that convinces the admission body for the shift from electronics to IT stream.
You need to have the excellent aggregate of above 70 percent in your Bachelors to get into top Canadian universities.
