Hi, its about time management. The strategy used will differ from person to person. Ideally 3-5 months are required to prepare for the test. You must schedule it accordingly. Always begin by taking a practice test as it is a good practice and it shows your current aptitude skills and areas that need attention. You may plan out your study routine accordingly. Besides working on weak areas give your best at the areas you are confident in, these are the areas which will help you score higher. Read a lot, learn new vocabulary, follow current affairs, journals, etc. Above all, eat healthy and relax.

Hi Nishant, IELTS is taken to study abroad and to meet the English language requirements. IELTS is also used to work abroad. The IELTS score requirements are different with different programs and universities. The scores are based on a band system from 0 to 9. A band of 6.5 is deemed good. You should check here for more details:

You should better try again and score a minimum of 6 bands. Then you can surely apply for Canada.

Hi Krunal, unfortunately the number of backlogs are too huge and worrisome. You can try applying with a very good application package. You are also advised to check other options. Try European countries.

Hi Meet, you can get a student visa after getting the admission offer letter from the university. Every university has different admission requirements and with 65%, you won't get too many options in Canada since competition is very high. You can check here:

As far as the best course is concerned, you should know what is best for your future, know what you want and study accordingly. Every student has different aim and interests, you should follow yours. See the above link for suitable programs and decide.

Hi Arash,
Admission will be little competitive since higher grades and better IELTS scores are required. But they have foundation or pathway programs which can be offered to you. It will depend on the university or the college. You can email them, they will guide you accordingly.

Hi Bansal,
These many backlogs won't be accepted so the answer is yes, problems will be there. Even if a college does accept there is a chance of visa rejection. You can try applying but also check universities in other countries which are known to be less competitive than Canada like Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Ukraine, etc.
