As on May 13, 2025, the placement rate recorded during IIIT Bhopal placements 2025 was 85.71%. Earlier, the placement rate recorded in 2024 and 2023 was 85.18% and 99.25%, respectively. Further, the branch-wise placement rate recorded over the past three years is presented below:

The highest and average package offered during IIIT Bhopal placement 2024 was INR 46 LPA and INR 12.32 LPA, respectively. The overall placement rate recorded was 84.44%.
On the other hand, IIIT Nagpur grabbed highest and average package of INR 47 LPA and INR 13.25 LPA, respectively. The placement rate recorded during placements 2024 was 80%.

Yes, there are some of the scholarships available for students in Madhya Pradesh:
1. Gaon Ki Beti Yojana: This scholarship is for girl students who are residents of rural areas of Madhya Pradesh. To be eligible for the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal’s BTech programme, a candidate needs to have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology as one of the optional subjects. IIIT Bhopal admission is primarily entrance-based. The candidates are selected through national-level examinations conducted by different authorities.

IIIT Bhopal provides a total seats of 375 for its BTech course. The seats are divided among the three specilisations offered by the Institution i.e. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. As per the seat availability candidates are offered admission to the BTech courses. Find below the sest distribution among the BTech specialisations:

The total course fee for BTech at IIIT Bhopal is around INR 7.2 lakh. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year 2023-24, hence is indicative. Students can apply to State/Central government Scholarships. Along with the tuition fee, JEE Main application fee for BTech programme is also included. The application fee are INR 1,000 for boys and for girls, it is INR 800.
