The IIIT Bhopal JEE Main cutoff 2026 ranged from 27901 to 44131 for the General AI category in the first round. As per this range, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most difficult engineering branch for admission.
On the other hand, B.Tech. in Physics and Computational Engineering came out as the least competitive branch.

Yes, though as a IIIT, Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal does not have application fees for applying to college specifically but has application or registration fee for the required exams such as JEE Main or GATE.
Students can pay this fee online through Net Banking at the respective portal. Candidates who receive admissions must also pay admission and other one-time fees upon confirming their seats.

IIIT Bhopal CSE cutoff 2026 is released for the first round for admission to various BTech course specialisations for multiple categories. For the CSE (Data Science) branch, the General category faced a cutoff of 30247 in the first round.

IIIT Bhopal JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various BTech course specialisations for multiple All India categories.
For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 24300 to 59459. According to the last round, the most competitive specialisation was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) course.
For the OBC AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 9364 to 85217. For this category, too, in the last round, the aforementioned course was the most difficult for admission. Students can click here to know more about other categories.

According to the final round, the most competitive BTech specialisation was BTech CSE, with the last round cutoff of 182780. Admissions to the different BTech, M.Tech and MCA courses of Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal will depend on entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains, GATE, NIMCET, etc. But it is difficult to say whether getting into IIIT Bhopal is tough or easy and will depend on the:
- Candidate's level of preparation
- Competition
- Available seats
- Exam Difficulty

There are no separate application fees for Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal admissions though students must pay a registration fee of INR 1890 every year after admissions. Students must also pay the required entrance exam's own separate registration fees to the conducting body.
