IIIT Bhopal offers a four-year BTech programme across three specialisations in full-time mode. These include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology. As per the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal admission process candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria. Candidates must obtain a certain percenatge in their class pass out exam. Percenatge required for BTech admission is a minimum 75% aggregate required after qualifying JEE Mains for admission. Subjects which must be included are  Physics, Mathematics, and any one subject among Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject.
