IIIT sricity and NIT So are both new infrastructure and IIIT sricity mentored by IIT HYDERABAD, NIT Andhra Pradesh mentor by NIT Warangal. Both have decent placements. IIIT sricity fee is very high compared with NIT Andhra Pradesh. Fee waiver is not applicable in IIIT where as NITs fee waiver remission is available. Course wise CSE is more demanding than ECE at present. But ECE is double edged and 2016 it is top priority to the most aspirants. According to your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 99933-112339. With this rank there is a possibility that you will get a seat in NITs, as you have not specified your branch, it is difficult to tell the exact Opening ranks and closing ranks of all the NITs as per the branches. But the Cutoffs are very high.

You are eligible if you have scored more than 75% in board exam of 12th. But based on above score it is not possible, but you can take drop improve your result and then get admission in IITs and NITs.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in NIT and IIIT is:
75% in 12th board exam and good marks in JEE Mains that's all you need.

No, it is not a normal practice in JoSAA but due to pandemic there were relation for past year, there is no chance that they will continue with that.

You can get admission in a state government college mostly but branch will be not too good. In central government college there is very few chance that you will get any seat, so you should try in government college of your state only.
