Candidates aspiring to enrol in the BTech programme at IIIT Kottayam must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Also, the candidate should have a valid rank in JEE-Main exam based on which they can apply for the counselling process through JoSAA at IIIT Kottayam for the BTech programme. Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIIT Kottayam for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

To be eligible for the Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad’s BTech programme, a candidate needs to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75 per cent aggregate. However, those who are under the top 20 percentile of their board are also eligible to apply.

Eligibility criteria for MTech candidates are given below:
- GATE candidates: Candidates must have a BTech degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) from a recognised university. They must also have qualified the GATE exam with a minimum score of 750 (or equivalent). Check the GATE Exam Date and prepare for the exams accordingly.

The eligibility criteria for the BTech course is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.

The curriculum is totally relevant to industry and covers almost all the exposure to subjects which makes the students ready for industry. The IIIT Surat fee structure is Rs. 5.65 Lacs for the B.Tech courses for four years.
Only the candidates who have completed their HSC from a known university or board are eligible. The applicant who is from the general class ought to have achieved a minimum of 50% of the score in their higher education.
