Congratulations, very good percentile. But you can't get the best college in JEE. To get a seat in JEE cast is more important than percentile of course your percentile is okay. You can't expect CSE course in JEE. Probably you can't get a seat in JEE. Because it is based on cast reservation.

Your chances of getting NITs and IIITs are very less. The following are the other options.
1. JIIT Noida
2. BVCOE, Navi Mumbai
3. State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nilokheri
4. IERT Allahabad
5. United College of Engineering and Management, Allahabad.

The admission in NIT, IIIT and GFTI are based on the ranks obtained in JEE Main exam conducted twice in year by NTA. Your 12th marks are good enough for getting admission in asked colleges. So please appear in upcoming JEE Main exam for admission.

As per my knowledge, you have a high rank. You can get GFTI's but even the lower one where return of investment is low. So I suggest you to apply for State Government Colleges that are taking admission on the basis of JEE Main rank. So you can get a better college and you can also try there for off campus placement.
