As the cut-off depends on the branch, category and IIIT, but generally to get admission in lower IIIT 120 marks should be there but if you wish to get seat in top IIITs then more than 150 would be required. So, plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.

Maybe you can get admission but not in preferred branches. You can get admission in some other IIT or in new IIT. You may also refer the link:
