Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 30936 and closing rank was 36175 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Electronics & Communication Engineering in IIIT Nagpur is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

IIIT Nagpur cutoff for BTech admissions is based on JEE Main scores followed by JoSAA Counselling. JoSAA Counselling 2023 has been concluded after the release of Round 6. JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses including B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. As per IIIT Nagpur JEE Main cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 27288 for General category candidates in All India quota for Computer Science Engineering. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

The IIT, SONEPAT Institute offers only B.Tech. Courses for which many placements are offered with a the highest salary package of INR 40 LPA.

Firstly, the student must secure 70 percent marks in class 12th with the PCM stream and then must fill the JEE exam form. Top students with higher ranks get seats in this college for postgraduate courses. The student must qualify for GATE exams based on marks in the GATE. Students who apply for this college have separate merit lists, and the student who apply for this college and get higher ranks in GATE exam are placed above and will get the desired seats for Ph.D. course.
