IIIT Sonepat offers a full-time BTech programme for four years. The programme is offered in CSE and Information Technology. IIIT Sonepat also provides PhD course and the duration of the course is for two years.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIT) Sonepat is a public-private institute that was established in 2014 as a joint venture of the Government of Haryana, the Ministry of Human Resource Development, and the Government of India, with industries present in the model, known as the public-private partnership model. As per the bill passed by the Lok Sabha, all the 15 newly established IIITs are declared as the 'Institute of National Importance'. National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra is the mentor institute of IIIT Sonipat.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIT) Sonepat provides BTech and PhD programmes. The eligibility criteria for the BTech course is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate. Moreover, candidates need to clear the national-level entrance exams for IIIT Sonepat admissions. The entrance exams accepted include JEE main, DASA, GATE, UGC NET, and CSIR NET.

IIIT Sonepat highest and average package offered was 41 LPA and 13.16 LPA whereas for IIIT Pune it was 53 LPA and 16.83 LPA. In addition, BTech fees at IIIT Sonepat is INR 7.2 Lacs whereas IIIT Pune BTech fee is also around INR 7.2 lakh.

The fee for the BTech course in IIIT Ranchi is INR 15.49 lakh, for four years. There are a total of four specialisations in BTech. Also, the average package in IIIT Ranchi was INR 12.36 LPA in the year 2025. College offers placements in companies such as Google, MPL, Amazon, American Express, and many more. IIIT Ranchi has a decent placement cell and faculty members who groom students well for interviews. College also offers scholarship programmes to students. 

As of my knowledge, IIIT Surat does not offer a Ph.D. programme in Applied Physics. It's recommended to visit the official website of IIIT Surat or contact the institute directly for the most accurate and updated information regarding their Ph.D. programme offerings.

Candidates have to clear JEE Mains in order to get admission in IIIT Ranchi. The admission requirements for BTech CSE at IIIT Ranchi includes a minimum of 75% in the Class 12 board exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Then they can apply through JoSAA. Candidates can also visit the official website to know about the choice-filling and counselling procedures.

IIIT Ranchi specially offers BTech as it sflagship courses. Candidates must score at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class 12 and apply through JoSAA. Then they have to appear for JEE Mains exam and apply through JoSAA. Candidates can visit the official website of the college to fill up the application form and register for JoSAA.
