It is unlikely that you will get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs with a CRL rank of 196580 and an EWS rank of 31691. The cutoff ranks for these institutes are typically much lower than your current rank. However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of admission.

* *Your caste/category:* If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.

* *Your performance in JEE Advanced:* If you perform well in JEE Advanced, you may be eligible for a seat in an IIT or NIT through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) counseling.

* *The number of seats available:* The number of seats available in NITs, IITs and GFTIs will depend on the number of students who apply for admission. If there are fewer applicants, the cutoffs will be lower.

It is also important to note that the cutoff ranks for NITs, IITs and GFTIs vary from year to year. So, it is possible that your chances of admission could improve if the cutoffs are lower in 2023.

If you are not able to get a seat in any of the NITs, IITs or GFTIs, you could still consider applying to other good engineering colleges in India. There are a number of good colleges with good placement records, and you may be able to get a seat with your current JEE Main score.

ECE graduates can work in fields including wireless communication, signal processing, control systems, power systems, and embedded systems, whereas CSE graduates can work in software development, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.

IIIT Lucknow CSAI -

One of the good college in new emerging IIIT’S .CSAI branch is one of the BEST branch in future in terms of placements . AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED Rs. 18.42 Lakhs per Annum and the highest PACKAGE OFFERED Rs. 43.00 Lakhs per Annum pretty nice.

NIT Calicut ECE -

One of the top college in NIT’S .ECE branch is one of the emerging branch in future .Percentage of placements in Electronics and Communications Engineering is 91.09%. the highest package offered in Electronics and Communications Engineering is Rs. 31.50 Lacs CTC. Average package offered in Electronics and Communications Engineering is Rs. 9.43 Lacs CTC .

Conclusion - If you have interest in coding and AI then go for IIIT Lucknow but if you need brand value then go for NIT Calicut .
