They actually do get placed. I know seniors who got into KPMG and Deloitte straight from campus. The placement team trains us from second year itself — resume building, aptitude tests, mock interviews — everything is covered.

Yes! They have an Incubation Center where you can pitch ideas and get mentorship. Some of my batchmates even started side hustles while studying. Faculty is super encouraging if you're into startups or freelancing.

For sure! I used to be super shy — now I've hosted two events and even pitched in front of guests. The environment kind of pushes you to grow without forcing it. Everyone supports each other too.

I considered all three before joining. I chose IILM because of its smaller batch size, better faculty interaction, and practical learning approach. It's more personalized and you get better mentorship, in my opinion.

Yes, the annual fest is really fun. Last year we had performances, fashion shows, and even some inter-college competitions. It's a good time to enjoy and also network with people from other colleges.

Yes, Gurugram is pretty safe and has good public transport too. I've stayed here for over a year now and never faced any safety issue. The area around the college is peaceful and student-friendly.

Yes, there are fun or out-of-the-box learning activities at IILM. Once there was marketing assignment where students had to design an ad campaign and pitch it Shark Tank-style. Another time, HR prof made students to do role-play hiring interviews. It's learning — but in a way you actually enjoy.

Campus vibe at IILM has a nice balance. There's a café where you can hang out, greenery all around, and music playing sometimes in the courtyard. People are focused, but not overly intense. You'll see students working on laptops under trees or preparing for events.

An Honors degree is a more in-depth learning programme than the normal degree. The course content herein is more specialised and advanced. It has more number of subjects, allowing students to expand their knowledge of their particular course. The BA (Hons) Liberal Arts programme in IILM even allows students to choose their own subjects from a broad range of disciplines.

Additionally, An honors degree is rated higher than a simple Bachelor degree, therefore it also has better job prospects.
