Hostel life at IILM teaches students invaluable life lessons that go far beyond the classroom. Living away from home fosters independence, adaptability, and self-discipline as students learn to manage their time, finances, and daily routines on their own. It encourages interpersonal growth through shared living—navigating differences, building friendships, and developing empathy. Definitely. I've seen students get placed in companies like Deloitte, EY, HDFC Bank, and more. The average package is decent for a private university, and the placement cell supports students well with resume polishing, mock interviews, and one-on-one mentorship.

Yes! There's an official Fresher's Party organized by the seniors complete with performances, DJ, games, and awards like “Mr. & Miss Fresher.” It's super welcoming and gives you a chance to show your talent or just dance.

I'd recommend the hostel, especially in your first year. It helps you settle in faster, make friends, and stay involved in events and clubs. Everything is within walking distance, and honestly, hostel life has its own fun late-night Maggi, group study sessions, and movie nights. PG might give more freedom, but you miss out on campus vibes.
