Hello Satish! All the IIMs accept scores of only Common Admission Test(CAT) exam, and no other entrance exam. And this is true for each and every year.

Hello Amruta!
Your academic scores, so far, are quite excellent. Just try to secure similar score in your B Com too, as the IIMs give significant weightage to a candidate's past academic scores. Also, scoring well in the CAT exam is also crucial in getting selected for the IIM's interview rounds. Finally, a good performance in those rounds will ensure your admission. All the best!

Hello! There is no fixed under graduation degree one has to pursue to study in any B-school. Choose one which suits your interests and career goals. It can be in the engineering/ science/ arts/ commerce/ humanities/ other fields.

For an average student, it is impossible to get admission in an IIM or any top B-school. The reason being, the level of CAT and other entrance exams is quite high as well the competition is intense. The criteria and admission processes of these B-schools is such that only the best of the aspirants get selected. Even after getting admission into any top B-school, one has to tackle the challenging MBA study curriculum which again is not easy (if not difficult). I have no intention of scaring you, but this is the reality.

Not all, but a majority of the students studying in the top 20 B-schools in India fetch a good salary package. However, it all depends upon their skills and their performance in the interviews too.

As the difficulty level of CAT varies every year, there is no fixed score which can assure you of getting a call for the IIM's interview rounds. However, going by the past trends, a score of around 95 percentile and above should be enough to get a call.
CAT is of a total 300 marks, with 100 questions to be attempted in three hours.

It is too early to predict of you getting an IIM interview call. As long as you score consistently well in your 12th, graduation and CAT exam, you can get an interview call. And only on preforming well in their interview rounds, you will be finally given admission.

Hello,
The eligibility criteria is different for each IIM, so you have to visit their official websites to know more about it. These IIMs consider your overall profile and CAT score, past academic scores, extra-curricular activities, job experience, gender, etc. before shortlisting you for their interview rounds.
