To get admission in IIM it doesn't have to do anything with marks you have to clear CAT for that.

A minimum of 80% in 12th, your consistent effort in UG and a good score in CAT is mandatory to get into IIM. Very few IIM have integrated courses, where a student can join soon after 12th.
