Yes, the JEE preparation books are more than enough for IISER. All the exams for IISERs are designed to test very basic concepts. Most questions are on the easier side if you are preparing for JEE.

Yes, you can join the M.Sc and PhD integrated programme for students. However, there are separate exams for that from the ones for undergraduate programmes.

It's clearly mentioned in IISER website: (https://www.iiseradmission.in/).
The easiest way to get direct admission is to pass for the KVPY exam. Otherwise, you can have a look via
JEE Advanced (ranking below 10,000), State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) channel.

Hi Supriya, you cannot give IISER until and unless you are in your 3rd year. So, in order to apply for IISER exam, you must be in your final year then only you can apply. Hope this helps you. Best of luck.

No, it is not a compulsory section, but It is preferred if you attempt that section as well. As it will add to your scores. As most of the questions in aptitude exam are basic ones 10+1 and 10+2 biology NCERT books are more than enough. Thanks.

No, you are not eligible for IISER either. You must have got atleast 88.2% in your CBSE boards, but you still have one chance. Go for improvement exams and score well in them, and then you will be able to get admission in IISER.
