Hi, IISER Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria under State and Central Boards (SCB) Channel
All candidates who have cleared Class XII exams in Science stream in 2017/ 2018 fulfill IISER Entrance Exam 2018 eligibility criteria. However, candidates should also score marks (in their respective boards) equal or above the cutoff percentage as stipulated by IISER (mentioned in the table below) in order to meet IISER Entrance Exam eligibility criteria. https://www.shiksha.com/science/exams/iiser-entrance-exam.

Yes, maths is mandatory for IISER as it takes admissions through a valid KVPY score or JEE Advanced rank within 10k, with minimum cut-off marks in state board prescribed by IISE.
All the best.

Do you want to do M.Sc. From the same university from where you had a B.Sc. Done. If the government has given your college the preference of the M.Sc. Then you can.

You can attempt any subject you like in PCMB. You just have to get a good score to get admission through IISER. It is up to you whether you attempt PCM, PCB or PCMB.

No, it's not compulsory. There is no best of 3 but your cumulative score is considered and there are several people who achieve a good score with PCM. However, by attempting biology your score will improve and your chance to get preferred IISER is higher.
