I think it depends on whether you would like to do Masters in a more respectable field like Computer Science where upon the salary and the job would both be incredible. If you take Chemical you won't be able to take your Masters course in other field where the demand and growth is there. But if you take Chemical and do some online course on computers you will be get a very good software job but it will become very difficult to do Masters or go abroad. So, it's your choice.

The admissions in all IITs are based on ranks secured in JEE Advanced (Conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers). Hence you have to first participate in JEE Main exam conducted by NTA in the months of January and April of the year. After obtaining a good rank in JEE Main register and participate in JEE Advanced exam. Further you needs to secure minimum 75% of marks in 10+2 exam also for admission in IITs and NITs.

Both are good options. I will suggest you to once refer their curriculum of these courses from their respective websites. Then judge which course will be better for you. Go through the course. According to me, BS chemistry from IIT Bombay will be a better decision.
