Comparing the colleges, for a B.Tech degree, AIMST University is relatively better. IIT Guwahati is one of India's top engineering institutions; it does well across various national rankings, including the NIRF rankings. Also, its curriculum is relatively strong and provides good faculty and placement opportunities, as average salaries for graduates with B.Tech in IIT Guwahati are approximated to be INR 22.5 LPA.
