Yes, you are eligible as IIT JAM is for pursuing M.Sc. Degree and anyone who wants to go for M.Sc. Whether he/she is from B.Tech or B.Sc is eligible!

Yes,
You are eligible for JAM IIT biological Science exam. For appearing in JAM IIT Exam, some essential qualification also required. Candidates who want to go to the admission in Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences through JAM IIT https://goo.gl/521eUm must have Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics as Essential subjects in Bachelor's degree along with minimum duration and biology subject in class 12th.

Hello,
Yes, it is a good book, but only Arihant is not enough to crack the JAM Exam. You have to take help from other books as well. So, you have to buy separate books for each topic in JAM. Instead of this, you should buy online study materials for your preparation. IIT JAM Exam is one of the toughest exams conducted in India. So, you have to study well for it. Hello, To appear in IIT JAM Exam, you need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university. Students in their final year of graduation can also apply for the exam. So, you are eligible. But you should also satisfy all the other eligibility criteria if you want to appear in the exam.
