Cut-off of IITs is not certain. It changes every year but if you are from general category, then scoring around 150 + marks will land you into a good IIT.

Landing into an IIT will not secure you a lavish job. For that, you need to work harder as the competition is increasing a lot. So, you need to maintain a good CGPA and always seek for an internship if you get a chance.

B.Tech from IIT is better compared to M.Tech in IIT because in M.Tech, you may undergo specialisation. So, getting a job is comparatively less compared to B.Tech.
