In india, generally it's not possible so you need to check with the university where you wish to apply. Abroad too, you have to write to the university with your marksheet and they check how many subjects or exams are relevant with their own structure to waive off the credits. With the backlog, it would be little difficult so clear them all first.

You can surely get admission into MBA. However, you mentioned that you have cleared CPT as well. It is advisable that you pursue CA because it is equivalent to MBA. Rather it has more potential as compared to MBA.

Their are 17 nlus in the county all except nlu delhi requires CLAT point and delhi required AILET points. for any nlu you will need atleast 45% in class 12th form any stream and CLAT or AILET points. The cut offs may may vary with different nlus and the difficulty level of exam.
