The minimum qualification for admission is a pass in three year Diploma or four year sandwich Diploma course in engineering / technology with a minimum of 45 % marks ( 40% marks for OBC/MBC and SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in the subjects covered from 3rd to final semester or a pass in B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC, with a minimum of 45 % marks ( 40% marks for OBC/MBC and SC/ST candidates) and passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject. It is advisable that do not confine yourself to how much percentage. It is always good to try to score the highest rank. For that you will definitely have to burn the candle at both the ends. I mean you will have to work hard day and night. However, if you are able to score and be on top, you will not have to run behind the colleges. The opportunity itself will come to your doorstep. So instead of thinking on hoe much focus on complete 100%. This is because if you keep your aim higher, you get yourself motivated in order to pursue you aim. I hope this would suffice. SPL: Student pilot license is the basic step to start a career/
PPL: Private Pilot License can be obtained by 60 hours of flying (with trainer and individual flying).
CPL: commercial pilot license can be obtained by 190 hours of flying.
