Yes, you can apply for Bachelor degree courses in relevant fields. The process depends on the country and university. Depending on where you want to study you must prepare first for entrance exams like SAT or ACT, IELTS or TOEFL etc. Every university has its minimum requirements which you must satisfy for applying to those particular universities. There is no restriction and actually varies from university to university. Application will be a real challenge due to so many backlogs but if your final marks are good and if you can prove your worth you have a chance. You have to basically know the MBA requirements from abroad such as GMAT or GRE work experience, extracurricular activities, MBA essay, recommendation letter etc. Business schools abroad will evaluate your overall profile. You need to understand that allopathy and homeopathy have different method of approach and treatment. They can't be merged together, because it won't meet the technical requirement standard.

Check through the websites. You'll get all the colleges and also DAAD organise information-sessions in a few cities in India for Masters and Bachelors programme. Also, you can find a lot of scholarship based on the college you're pursuing in but you've to check the eligibility from that site.
