This is crl rank which is common rank for all. And the cutoff denotes that if you are obc with this rank (crl) then you are eligible.

First of all, you have to do a 3 year LL.B. from DU/CCSU/JMI etc. Then you can do Masters in corporate law from NLUD, DU, ILI, AMU, JMI etc.

However, through MAT only BIMTECH Noida RM is tier I but there are ample number of colleges of tier I through CAT in Delhi ncr. FMS Delhi, Department of eco DU, IMT ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon, LIBA, Imi Delhi, Sriram college, IIT Delhi etc.
