The NEET 15% for overall India NEET and 85% for state-level ranks. In West Bengal state, you can check both central and state level rank for admission. WB provides 2450 seats in total for admission in MBBD courses. There are a total number of 14 Government Medical Colleges in West Bengal and they have a total of 2,050 seats for MBBS. Please find below the list of colleges and the number of seats:
RG Kar Medical College, Kolkata - 200 seats.
North Bengal Medical College, Darjeeling - 100 seats.

There are many such colleges for MBA where you can expect decent placement. Look for these colleges, LBS, IMI, FORE in Delhi. For these colleges, the cutoff in CAT is around 85-90 percentile. Fees is not very high and you can expect a good placement with good job profile. In Bangalore, look for XIME, Christ, SIBM or NMIMS. For NMIMS and SIBM, the fee will be on higher side because of the brand name they carry. Placement wise all are good.
