Hi,
MHT CET is for admission to Full Time Degree Courses of Technical Courses and not for B.Sc Degree courses. But you can get Agriculture courses and Fisheries Science/Dairy Technology courses under MAFSU for the academic year 2019-2020.

It is not possible to get admission in any of the Government colleges, but you can get admission in private colleges which accept NEET score. And, most of the seats in private colleges would be paid ones. If you can afford, then you can go for private colleges.

Diploma in Fashion Design is a 1-year Diploma course, the minimum eligibility is 10+2 or its equivalent exam. Admission to Diploma in Fashion Design course depends on the basis of candidate's performance in a relevant entrance exam, and subsequent round of counselling.
