Yes, you are eligible to take admission in ICT Mumbai. But, the cut off for general category goes high for outsiders. Still, you can apply, in second or third round, you will get a seat in this college. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

The international salary packages generally exceed the Rs 1 crore mark in the IIMs, whereas the figure could be Rs 50 Lacs and above for the domestic packages in the top three IIMs.

As per your score in EAMCET, exact rank cannot be predicted. It may vary on the toughness of the exam. But, be assured, you will get a good college with this score. You can go for GMRIT, GIET, GITAM UNIVERSITY, KITS, VSM. You can expect good branches in these colleges. Best of luck.
