Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once you secure a rank in NATA/JEE paper 2 you will have to submit the marks to DTE Maharashtra to get a rank list and then counseling process will follow based on rank list.

As you have scored 74 percentage in class 12th and 88.6 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting a seat in this college with this score will be difficult. I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling.
