There is no value of doing MBA in other than top 30-35 MBA institutes of India. Do not waste your money and time by doing so. Looking at your CMAT score, it looks difficult to find a decent MBA college. I would suggest prepare for another year and write your entrance exams again and simultaneously work somewhere if you aren't already working.

It would be valid, if the university had international approvals at the time when you passed out. Although, there wouldn't be any issue if you go outside of India with your EMBA Certificate, because only a few companies raise the questions on qualification rest most of them don't ask from where you passed out and all.

Yes, you can. You can enroll in any university through B.Tech lateral entry exam. Different universities have different criteria, so you need to check their criteria like your score in Diploma and several or mostly universities conduct B.Tech lateral entry exam for this purpose. Stay updated with the procedure and prepare well with your basics learnt during Diploma.
