It depends on how many seats are vacant there. If there are 60 seats vacant in the second year then there are a total of 60 seats for lateral entry students.

Hello,
For MBA, basic eligibility criteria is graduation with at least 50% marks. So, I am feeling sorry to say that you cannot apply (according to eligibility criteria of the university). All the best.
