Any sort of engineering may it be mechanical or any engineering from any discipline is facing huge competition now-a-days in India, due to flood of candidates pursuing B.Tech from rural to urban colleges. It might not be completely true to say that most of the mechanical engineers are unemployed, but low-wage hiring system is prevalent, because of high number of candidates and promotion and growth rate has slowed down extremely. Hence, most of the engineers are either looking forward to post graduation courses from universities of abroad and trying to get into a fine and well-payed job there itself or giving up on engineering and sh

I feel both these universities have good reputation. I would therefore like to advise you that please select the good guide out of these two. Once you do this, your half the troubles are over. Then it's only a matter of time before you can complete your research work and will be on the way to get your coveted degree.
Firstly, Guide and then the research topic should be your priority.

260 is very less, if you want admission for MBBS courses. To be in safe side for MBBS admission, you need around 500 +.
