Completing MBBS from one country and applying for Masters or license in another country is always a tedious and lengthy process. The structure of medical studies is different in all countries. You will have to clear the license exam of any country in order to get the license for practice. To clear is exam is usually difficult.

For M.Tech, candidates must hold a B.Tech / BE degree with 50% marks, from a relevant branch. Admission to M.Tech will be done on the basis of scores obtained in an entrance test followed by the performance in the counselling round.

Go for HP, APTECH or NIIT. They have good staff and they provide enough resources for practical. Also, just don't try to learn every possible language and try to learn just one or two but with excellence. That will really help shaping your career.
